Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience! the exclusive amenities like the Spa & wellness centre and swimming pool made us feel like royalty. the full body massage and head massage were extremely relaxing. the garden area was beautiful, offering the perfect spot for a peaceful walk. the room was incredibly spacious and had its own private facilities, making us feel even more pampered. the restaurant served delectable food, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for a nightcap.
The only negative aspect we experienced at the hotel was the location, as it wasn't near many tourist attractions. this was only a minor issue, as we were able to take advantage of the hotel's location advantages, such as being close to a supermarket and some restaurants.

We had a lovely city break! the rooms were spacious and really clean, plus housekeeping made sure everything was tidy. the staff were friendly and always had a smile on their faces, which made our stay even better. the location of the hotel was perfect - we were right in the heart of the city and had easy access to all the shops and restaurants.
Some of the amenities were not adequately provided. the gel soap in the room was not enough for two guests even when using it once or twice a day.

During our Christmas stay, we were impressed by the location of the hotel, which allowed us easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping areas. The room was spacious and clean, offering comfortable beds and a variety of amenities, including free Wi-Fi and toiletries. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay more enjoyable.
the gym was small and poorly equipped, which made for a less-than-satisfactory workout experience. while we appreciated certain aspects of our stay, there were some areas that could have been improved.

Great location next to a large shopping mall and close to main cities. Varied breakfast choices. Very friendly staff.

The hotel's location is convenient as it is in an area with a large shopping mall and plenty of dining options. guests have reported difficulty getting cabs to the city centre and some locations due to traffic restrictions.
The hotel's poor customer service has been a recurring issue among guests, with even the manager admitting to problems and suggesting guests try other hotels.
